PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF FOR US WHO ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH YOU AND YOUR MUSIC AND TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF.
Revoltone is the lovechild of everything we are, feel, hear, see, digest and defecate.
This band is our honest way to deal with anger, disbelief, sickness, love, happiness and most of all hope for the better. With and for everyone who needs strength and energy from great punk rock-tones.
All of us have a colourful history with music and different bands. Revoltone has current and ex members from bands like Fumble, One Morning Left & Dashbone.
We all have tons of experience with playing sweaty gigs, raw tours and recording songs for various albums. All this has driven us to give birth to the message and the sound of Revoltone.
We revolt against everything messed up! Our Tone is loud, catchy and melodic. The sound and attitude we want to hear in the often too disharmonic world.

TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR NEW ALBUM OR SINGLE?
“For The Silent Voices” is Revoltone’s debut album. It’s released by Secret Entertainment.
It contains 10 songs and we feel it has a good balance and pretty much the whole range of the type of songs Revoltone does!
WHAT INSPIRED THE ALBUM OR SINGLE?
Revoltone was formed to be a channel to express ourselves musically and emotionally. This first album is a reflection of what we felt like when forming this band.
CAN YOU SUM UP THE ALBUM IN A FEW WORDS?
Energy, emotion, passion with a feel-good vibe.
WHAT RECORD CHANGED YOUR LIFE AND WHY?
For me it must have been AC/DC – Back In Black when I was a kid. The feeling I got from the music changed something in me. Later on I have to say that it was Millencolin’s – Life on a plate that got me into punkrock. - Läde

I really like the video we did for our song Be Yourself
WHAT WOULD WE FIND YOU DOING WHEN YOU'RE NOT MAKING MUSIC?
Walking in the forest with my dogs or having a beer
DO YOU GET NERVOUS PERFORMING LIVE, IF SO HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THAT?
Yes, but at the same time it’s the best feeling in the world just before you go on stage. You are nervous nut at the same time you can’t wait to get out there.
HOW DID YOU FORM THE BAND?
HOW DO YOU WRITE? - DO YOU HAVE A KEY SONGWRITER, OR DO YOU ALL WORK TOGETHER?
Most of the songs I write at home to a demo level. Lyrics I usually have written before I even demo the songs or present them to the band. A lot of times the songs evolve around the lyric not the other way around. Then I take it to the band and we start working on the demo to make it a Revoltone song. Onni brings some demos to the band as well but the pattern is pretty much the same.
