NEWS: INDIAN BAND BLOOD BROTHERS RELEASE SINGLE 'HOPE' TO RAISE MONEY FOR COVID 19 RELIEF FUND

‘Blood Brothers’ are a young band from India who’ve been playing together since the last 5 years and released their debut album last May. They formed the band in 2014, the drummer was 8 years old and the lead guitarist/vocalist was 12.

The band's name is inspired by the Iron Maiden track from the 'Brave New World' album of the same name, and the boys are all Maiden fans!

Their new single ‘Hope’ aims to do what it says and spread love and joy through music. For this reason, they’ve decided that for every time the song gets streamed, they pay the double of what they get to the COVID relief fund.

We want these kids’ message to reach as many people as possible, to light up the world in these dark times. It is here that we need your help in spreading ‘Hope’ during this time of distress.

BIO:

Blood Brothers are a young indie band from India. The band started in 2014 with just three members. Founder and Rhythm guitarist Snehal, lead guitarist & vocalist Khyatt, and drummer Drona, both brothers, and hence the name. They were 12 and 8 years old then respectively. It started with chaotic jams at home and gradually, with the addition of more members, began taking the shape of a band. Both of them are self taught and were influenced by Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth, Judas Priest, Pink Floyd, etc. and grew up listening to them. Jagdish later joined in as the bass guitarist .

The band has been playing local and national gigs since 2014 covering their favourite bands and have been writing original music since 2017. They released their debut album called Ethereal in May last year and was very well received across the country. Since then they have been working tirelessly to create new content that includes new music as well as professionally shot videos to go along with it, all of which they plan on releasing soon. Their sound very clearly reflects all their musical influences over the years. It is impossible to associate their music with just one particular genre. They have something to offer for everyone ranging from soft rock fans to head banging metal ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
