Milkfest 2026 delivered a full day of standout blues and blues-rock while raising funds for Dementia UK, kicking off with high-energy hosts The Milk Men and a guest appearance from Thomas Heppell. Oli 'Mississippi' MacDonald followed with soulful, old-school blues fresh from recording in the US, while Errol Linton impressed with his signature “Brixton Blues” harmonica style. The evening built momentum with a relaxed acoustic set from Robbie McIntosh and Steve Wilson, a powerhouse performance from Alice Armstrong joined by Elles Bailey, and an electrifying blast of modern blues-rock from Brave Rival. Legendary groove merchants Climax Blues Band brought heritage and brass to the night before Chris Difford of Squeeze closed the festival with beloved classics, capping off a vibrant celebration of the UK blues scene and a great cause. 🎸🎶
